Hi I have a daughter that was born in the Philippines 5yrs. ago and I'm wondering if I can apply her a Citizenship or does she carries my Citizenship already although, she was born outside Canada. What are the procedure to get her applications started or perhaps to register? Thanks

You haven't provided enough information.

1) Are you a Canadian citizen?
2) If so, by birth in Canada, by naturalization or by descent?
3) Were you a Canadian citizen when your daughter was born?

Assuming that you are a Canadian citizen by birth or naturalization, and that you were a Canadian citizen when your daughter was born, then she is a Canadian citizen by descent. Look here to apply for proof:

First step: proof of citizenship. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certif.asp

Second step: apply for passport.

For both, check with the Canadian Embassy in Manila:
