Child Birth Certificate

I am sponsoring my family from Pakistan as per requird list of documents I have to provide birth certificate of sponosred person however, my daughter does not have birth certificate and she is now 14 years and it is difficult to get birth certificate now, we have her passport showing her date of birth, her date of birth record in National Data Base of the country and school certificate. does it ok or I have to provide some other proof in this regrads. looking for help

Hi mamoo,

As she don't have a birth certificate there is no other alternatives except the available proofs you have:-

* School certificate showing date of birth, place and father's name.
* Relevant page of passport with D.O.B
* Provide an affidavit from you that she is your daughter and she was born on ----(date)---------- at --(place)------- and the reason why her date of birth was not registered.
