Chest xray result showing possible of left paratracheal opacity

Hi friends,

Yesterday I completed my medical exam in saudi arabia for quebec immigration.In my chest xray result it was showing "possible of left paratracheal opacity seen need further evaluation by ct chest".All other test was ok and lungs was clear.
Is it a big problem?Is it will affect my processing?
