I am going to apply for PR visa in canada.i gave my cheques as security to some one's debts.now the cheque bounce case is happening in india since some dispute happened between the creditor and the borrower.will this affect my eligibility?kindly reply

I'm not sure what you mean by "cheque bounce case".

Is there an open court case against you personally? To be approved for PR, your police certificate must come back clean and you can't have any pending police charges.
