Checklist - which boxes do I check?

Hi,
I have a question regarding the (new) checklist. I'm a little confused about the check boxes on the left. For example, questions 3 (PART B, supporting documents for the sponsor) says:
Do you and the person you are sponsoring have a child together ...?
I checked NO on the right because we don't have any kids. But do I also check the box on the left?

In Part A, question 6 specifically says to check the box on the left to confirm that you have reviewed the country specific requirements. So I've checked it. But question 6 (PART B, supporting documents for the sponsored person) regarding the medical examination I haven't checked, since I haven't had a medical examination.

SO, do the check boxes on the left state that I've reviewed the question or that I'm attaching forms or documents regarding this question.

It seems so simple but yet so confusing ... ;D

For checkboxes asking for documentation such as a medical or police certificate, if it isn't in there with the application, I wouldn't check the box. However, for the check boxes that are related to Yes No questions, I think those checkboxes are simply making sure you acknowledged the question and answered it.

After printing out, I would write with pen N/A on boxes that don't apply to your life situation. I've never had a marriage annulled, so I plan on writing N/A over the check box asking for the annullment papers lol.

After all, this checklist is used now by all spousal sponsorship applications. Some situations depending on if you are inland or outland may not apply.
