Checklist - Study IMM 5818 or University Student IMM 5957?

I have been admitted to University of Waterloo for Masters in Computer Science. I am applying for Canada study permit from India via offline mode.

Can somebody please guide me if I need to follow Study Checklist IMM 5818 or University Checklist IMM 5957?

What is the difference between the two?
