Checklist #11 Educations/Training/Qualifications in Canada

Hi Seniors,
I am preparing my application for CEC, applying under NOC 2174. I have 2 questions,

1) Checklist #11 is quite confusing, I did Computer Science Engineering in India, do i need to submit my
Degree Certificate and check the point #11 in the checklist? as it seems to me they are asking only for certificates obtained
in canada, still not sure

2) I have got a letter from my Employer with all the required details but I do not have the business card, as my HR manager is
in US and taking care of north-american operations, she told me that the letter should be sufficient as it has her signature,
designation, phone number,email address, company address (she told this itself is considered as business card) is it true? or do
i need to ask her to mail me the business card and clip it with the letter

1) submit only the xerox copies/notarized xerox copies of consolidated marksheets and degree certificates....
2) business card is not mandatory... the employment letter should be normally in the company's letter ( already having the address and contact number of the HR manager).... provide valid HR contact number incase if CIC wants to reach them...
