Check status of travel document application?

Is there a way online or non to check the status of travel document, I have a protected person status 2 years ago, and I applied for travel document to travel outside Canada, but it has been 20 days (Nothing) ?

I Can not find any helpful data on IRCC website, and cannot reach them by phone to ask
