Hi Tariq,

You dont need to get your Matric and Fsc marksheets in a sealed envelope. The only transcripts you are required to send in a sealed envelope are for Bachelors and Masters. And you will need to get this done from your unversity ask them to put them in a university envelope and then sealed it.

Cheers

This site is very helpful:
http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/content_pieces-eng.do?cid=1&lang=eng
Write your title(you guess yourself) in the space give, it will give u relevant titles with NOC Codes and Skill Level/Type, whether 0,A or B. It gives u detail of duties too, so u can match with yours.
Once u select the code which suites u. Then u'll be directed to the options to select the Province where to settle, then city and then u'll get all regarding ure occupation, be it;

1) Outlook & Prospects for this occupation
2) Is this a priority occupation. http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/content_pieces-eng.do? cid=941&lang=eng

3) Job opportunities
4) Wages

and much more

Here is another link reading "Tips on Coding"
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/HelpTips.aspx

According to the above method I did for you which resulted:
(I wrote "Radiation Technologist" which produced results shown here:
http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?titleKeyword=radiation%20Technologist&action=Search)

"Medical Radiation Technologists (NOC 3215-B)
This unit group includes technologists who operate radiographic and radiation therapy equipment to administer radiation treatment and produce images of body structures for the diagnosis and treatment of injury and disease. They are employed in hospitals, cancer treatment centres, clinics and radiological laboratories. Medical radiation technologists who are supervisors or instructors are included in this unit group.

This group also includes the following titles: X-ray (radiology) technician, clinical instructor, radiation therapy, mammography technician, nuclear medicine clinical instructor, nuclear medicine technologist, radiation oncology technologist, radiation therapist, radiation therapy technologist (RTT), radiography technologist, radiological technologist, radiotherapy technician, supervisor, nuclear medicine technologists."
IF YES THEN IT MUST BE IN THIS LIST :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list
If your occupation is in the list then u r eligible to apply as Federal Skilled Worker, in the category which doesn't require "Employment/Job Offer" from Canada, otherwise u need the one(job offer)
Check at the bottom of this page for "Classified elsewhere" to match for yours.
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=3215

Note: Your experience must be in Last ten years, preceding(back) from the date when application is submitted

Hope it helps
