Check ECAS with Receipt Number of RPRF

Dear Experts,

I recently payed my RPRF fees online by credit card, Then i received the Receipt in PDF in which i have a Receipt number. I tried to Enter the Receipt number in ECAS to check the status of my application and luckily i was able to see the status online as "In Process". Does that mean that my RPRF fees has been accepted by CIC or is it added to my application ?

Any similar experience from you guys ?
