Airlines change their fares a lot quite frequently so there isn't one that is always cheaper than another one. It all depends on what airport are you leaving from and where are you going to - if you are more flexible you can sometimes find better deals.

But to give you an idea, if you are going from New Delhi to Toronto, and were to buy a ticket right now, Finnair seems to be the cheapest (30864 INR on Oct 3, 6, 13, and 29 connecting in Helsinki and JFK) at the moment.
