For those looking for a short-time accommodation in Toronto in April:

We're going on vacations for two weeks and can rent out a basement in our house for this period to a person or a family. Two weeks stay will cost $1. I'm serious, one dollar (it should be Canadian, not US dollar though).

We would prefer to provide this accommodation to a newcomer family since they usually need it more. Of course, we will have a chat with you first to make sure you're the right family and are reliable.
