Can someone suggest me cheap and best fingerprints service/agent for FBI USA in Hyderabad, India? Tried(and retired 
) at home fingerprints on FD-258 form but most of the time one or more fingers are not coming correctly so thought to approach an agent to avoid delays and also multiple times courier fees(if an issue with finger prints). I filled form online, paid 18$ USD and got confirmation email so just FD-258 is pending. I checked few agents in Hyderabad but they are quoting around 4000 INR for just fingerprints on FD-258, which seems to be high!!
However, In Vancouver, if we pay $175 CAD, we will get USA FBI in FOUR HOURS!!! Do we have that type of service in Hyderabad?
