By the way my address reappeared again today after 3 days. What do you make of that Wes? However, the ecas status wasn't updated nor did I receive any letter.

How long did it take from the time you sent it and to get it back?

wes786 brother according to ur experience from start till PPR how many reviews the file went through including the most notorious (initial review)?

According to my CAIPS, it went through 3 reviews: Initial in Feb - repcc was requested, then BFD was for May - remedical was requested, then I believe in August when PP is requested but this last review is not in CAIPS and the CAIPS say nothing about BG checks. Everything is still 0 except paper screening is 1. So lately they only give you very minimum information in CAIPS I see, its of not much help sadly.

Also, aach file goes through different number of reviews depending on how many times they have to review background checks and/or other document requested.

eCas says 'in process' since March 2010 until now. It hasn't updated not even once in the last year and a half, nothing about medicals, or letter sent or anything.

Beginning of July it was gone for 3 weeks and came back after 3 weeks. It disappeared again on Tuesday and she received her PP request on Thursday and the address is back again today.

There are a few more that I can't remeber their names but yeah you are not the only one still waiting and these are all husband's cases. Seems like they are taking their time to do detialed background checks on some of them.
