No dear, Ohh arghghgh i dont understand my tone from last few weeks, is it like being old? or may be its they way we've been TOLD, by CHC to "SHUT up and stay in que".wes786 said:Hahahaha....You asked for it sir, you got it. Thats what we are here for, to help each other!
Who is electing those Dastis and Awans?? and did you know how many supporters dasti has that even Govt doesn't want to loose him despite the fact of so many issues from him.Mafia said:No dear, Ohh arghghgh i dont understand my tone from last few weeks, is it like being old? or may be its they way we've been TOLD, by CHC to "SHUT up and stay in que".
Lets be honest, on a lighter side, i do not miss a chance to get on the roof top and yell about CHC's processes and whats not but, i honestly blame no other then ourselves for the situation we are in. There we find transparency and merit, people understanding people, discipline in personal and professional life, where as here, we have people like "Dasti's" and "Awan's" sitting on top notch government seats despite of bogus degrees, public, that thinks real enjoyment is in violation rather then compliance, parents, who will be bully to serve everything possible or impossible to get for their kid but the one knocking the dorr outside, begging for meal is rather a disgust and annoyance. i never want to be a product of such society. we live in that civilized world where we put ourselves in a position to get countless punches on the face by them and then respond like "Ohh, Terribly sorry, Did my face hurt your fist?"
HelloVenture said:Hello,
I have heard that while spouse sponsorship application is in process, CHC doesn't generally allow visit visas to spouses & children. Do you know, what is the reason behind it?
Thanks

Quite correctMafia said:Files are being reviewed on quarter basis. Tell you the truth, the Decission making officials reside in DUBAI. they take a whole lot of paper work with them after every three months, measure/weigh them, and return them to CHC Isb with their 02.cent comments on each particular case, then take the next lot.
I hope I can express my opinion here as an Indian Muslim. The idea to have a separate Muslim state was very good on paper, but the problem with having as exclusive Islamic state is that the Muslims (or any other religion for that matter) tend to take the State and fellow Muslims for granted. I speak from experience as I have observed in Saudi Arabia too. Yes, it is an Islamic state, but when you see the majority of Saudis practicing their religion you cannot help but feel that there is something amiss, that they are taking their religion 'casually'.bestplace4u said:Who is electing those Dastis and Awans?? and did you know how many supporters dasti has that even Govt doesn't want to loose him despite the fact of so many issues from him.
In this society not only the politicians are corrupt, we all are.
The reason for this estate was to have a separate country for Muslims. I guess Indian Muslims are far more better then us.
The ideology was wrong to have this country.

I bet the most corrupt politicians at the time of partition moved to Pakistan so they can enjoy their unlimited corruption by sucking the blood of innocent people.shamsia said:I hope I can express my opinion here as an Indian Muslim. Yes, Indian Muslims (atleast the practicing majority) are better off because we are constantly reminded that 'Islam' to us is a blessing, and we are proud to be born as Musims and NOT as non-muslims as we see them practice their religion on a daily basis. Without trying to be demeaning towards them, as a Muslim I cannot help but compare my religion to theirs and feel that 'Yes, my religion is more logical, makes more sense, guides me better'. At the same time, it gives us more opportunities to practice the teachings of Islam, such as tolerance and patience towards them. And they in turn return that, contrary to what is portrayed by the media.
Politicians are a corrupt lot in every country. But when such blatant corruption comes from a Muslim 'politician', its hard to digest. Theres always this question "How better would we have been if this state was run in a true Shariah way?' Running a theocratic state is therefore a huge responsibility.
I do not mean to ruffle any feathers, and I apologise if I have done so unwittingly.
