Can you guide me with the filling of the forms plz? Does it have to be in black / blue ink? whose name should i write where i have to authorize someone to collect my passport and related documents from the courier company?

You could very likely be the next one to get PPR. Looks like ppl who got Re-med done in March are now getting PPR :)
