i send them all reqiured documents as much prove as i had even from 2008 when we got engaged i send them call history ,but now more 13months to wait and between this again they will bring an other timeline ....................being far from them is a hell

Unfortunetly, this value is a statistical average. Those who applied in 2009, need not worry because they are already working on your files thus causing delay for 2010 applicants. Those who applied in 2010, It is alarming the number of times Islamabad has raised time spans (From 9 TO 16 TO 21 ). Pray this stays the same and Plan accordingly.

My background checks are over, what the hell they need more to make it 21 months.?

The webpage you have mentioned never got updates in last 12 months...... 21 months is for last quarter but it also shows the approximate time line for new & in process cases

He is right that applies to the finalized cases that 80% got finalized in 21 months that does not mean it will be for the applications currently in process and by the way the website canadian high commission in islamabad is updated January 13, 2011. scroll down the page you will see when was thta updated.
