ALHAMDUILLAH I DID UMRAH IN yr 2000 , WENT TO SAUDIA AROUND FOR 10 DAYS ............

does it make ny problem for chcccccccc.................????

It should be ok as long as you mentioned it in the forms...

As Wes said, Umrah is OK. They will not ask for any police certificate and will not go in background checks for that.

In good old days it was fine ............. i know a guy who got married to a 16 years old about ten years ago, nikkah only, case was finalized in three months and his wife's processing and landing fee was refunded since she was under the age of 18 ........... but good old Liberal Govt era

sure but wont they consider the fact that i sponsored him at the age of 18, i got married at 16 but i waited 3 before i sponsored him, i hope they have that much of a brain

Nope it doesn't matter! They know about cousin marriages, arranged marriages and over all culture of Pakistan. As long as you provide all the documents requested and evidence to show that your relationship is genuine; they have to issue you a VISA.

Nope it doesn't matter! They know about cousin marriages, arranged marriages and over all culture of Pakistan. As long as you provide all the documents requested and evidence to show that your relationship is genuine; they have to issue you a VISA.

i hed passport request on 18th of oct 2011, same week before sent passport to chc london

my e case shows , decsion made , what is this mean ? has my visa printed , and my file is

completad and closed , no more checks etc ............ what could be the mean ?

my class is femily class and i have appeal won case thanks , i have sent my pp 4 days ago .

If you got a passport request already and decision is made on your ecas, 99% chances are that everything is finalized and you should be receiving your PP back with VISA very soon!
