Hello all, need some advise here.
I got visa refusal forSept 2019 , therefore, I applied for Jan intake 2020. I got the offer letter but due to some family issues have to apply for deferral for May2020. Now, the college rejected my deferral requested saying that the seats are all full for may intake. I have already paid GIC and full tution fee . What do I do??

My agent says that if I dont apply for visa, college will deduct 60 to 70% of the tution fee. How true is this? I cant afford to lose that much money. Please advise..

No one here can tell you if it's true. Contact the college.

Definitely contact the college yourself. You need to ensure your agent isn’t taking 50-60% himself and blaming the school.
