Charged with impaired driving and driving with BAC over 0.08

I recently got into an accident in BC and when the cops came, since they realized I was from a party they had me arrested took breath samples which I failed. I am now being charged with 2 criminal offenses. Any international students out here with a success story on this issue and how they dealt with it. I know the consequences if found guilty. Any one with advice?

You need to find a good lawyer and have your charges dropped. If you are found guilty of DUI, you will be inadmissible to Canada and CIC will deport you.
