charge with a felony

i was recently charge with a felony , case move to high court, my wife facing deportation, can i still file for her , since am not yet convicted of this crime?

I don't think so. No action taken even for abusive messages. They should give moderator rights to responsible members of the group.

I've reported pretty much every single one of these nuisance thread bumps by the dude. Nothing so far. I've also set the person on my ignore list but that doesn't stop me from seeing the nuisance bumps.
