Changing work permit primary applicant as CSQ holders

Hi,

I have some questions regarding my husband's and my work permit extension/renewal as CSQ holders.

Originally we came to Quebec using Young Professional program(my husband was the applicant).

We recently received CSQs under PEQ
(temporary foreign worker) and applied for work permit extensions online. We are on implied status now. We haven't applied for PR yet.

My husband was the primary applicant for CSQ and we asked a closed work permit extension for him and an open work permit extension for me as his spouse.

The thing is, he wants to change employers and currently looking for a new job.

So my questions are;
- Can he get any kind of job or does he have to stick to the same profession?

- Can I get a closed work permit with my current employer and can he, as my spouse, get an open work permit?

If that is possible, it means we switch primary applicant from my husband to me.
- Are our CSQs still valid or do we have to apply for CSQs again with me as primary applicant?
- Does it affect our future PR in any way?
