I am a computer engineering PhD student at a university in Canada but I want to change it to a college (this college has PGWP permission). I am admitted to this college with different Program (not computer Eng).
Does the change of program affect my post graduate work permit situation and getting PR? Because after graduation I want to work in Computer area with PGWP and then apply for PR in Express Entry.
Is it mandatory to work in the area of you graduated in Canada or you can apply for every job as it is in the NOC list?
