I need some information regarding the PNP program of Alberta for students. As I need to move to Canada and acquire PR. Please confirm me if one get admission in PGD (Post graduate diploma for 1 year) will be eligible for PR under PNP and how far that is true and how long it takes to apply for the same and all the relevant information. please find the link below for what I found from Alberta PNP website need to clarify if it is true.

And also If you get admission in some university Master program and can you switch it with some other university PGD or certificate please clarify.
