changing to montreal ,,help please..

hello everyone,
I m Gurpreet from India

I got study visa recently for in college in vancouver.

But ,Iwant to go for lasalle college montreal...

I want to apply CAQ but having doubt regarding proof of financial capacity.

will GIC be enough for this or we need extra funds,, ???? Help needed here..

Also, can i change city before departing from home country or Should I reach vancouver ,obtain study permit and then move to montreal.??

If i change here( procedure i started today) ,, would I face any problem at Montreal airport in obtaining study permit from CBSA officer present there??


please help
