Changing the 2 year program to 1 year after visa.

Can i change 2 year program to 1 year program in ontario after getting the 2 year study visa and 3 year PGWP after reaching Canada.
And If i change 2 year program to 1 year program then length my PGWP would be reduced or not .

Yes, you can change to 1 year program. You get PGWP after program completion.
So you will get PGWP of 1 year only.

You don't get the PGWP until after you have finished your studies. Yes - if you reduce the length of your studies then the length of your PGWP will be reduced as well.

No reason why not as long as you ensure your study permit is extended to cover the 2 year program and notify IRCC
