Changing scools before entering to Canada

Hi everyone!

I have issued my SW permit and has been approved and printed with an Institution, but recently i decided to change institution as the last one does not fit my proffessional path.

I understand that there are new regulation and that in this case i will require to apply for a new study permit. My main inquiry i can I start applying for the new study permit immediately, or we need to canceled the one is already issued and start the new permit?

Apply now with PAL (if required) and new application. You cannot cancel a permit once issued. You just don’t use it.
