Hi there, currently I am in Edmonton on work permit with my family.
I got the nomination from Ontario under HCP program. Now I am waiting from ITA ,my question is- Is there any option that I ll get my PR
Without moving to Ontario,if not for long I have to be there with or without my family. Thanks

You have to show that you will live in Ontario that is the whole point of a PNP program.

5. Intention to live in Ontario
You must intend to live in Ontario after you’re granted permanent residence. We determine this by examining your ties to Ontario, which can include things like:

• working or have worked in Ontario
• getting job offers or applying/ interviewing for jobs
• studying
• volunteering
• leasing or owning property
• visiting
• having professional networks and affiliations, family ties and personal relationships

What are you talking about? You literally told the PNP office that you would live in the province if they gave you the nomination. If you get PR and do not make any attempt to reside in the nominating province, I can almost guarantee that this will affect your PR and ultimately your citizenship.

Option is move your family with you.

Why would you choose Ontario as province you’d be willing to locate to, when you don’t have any intention to?
PNP programs are for individuals wanting to live and work in said nominating province
