Hi, I immigrated to Canada three months back and landed Calgary, now I want to move to Ontario as I m not getting any job, will this effect my immigration? And what steps I need to follow?

As long as you didn't emigrate under the Alberta PNP program, your move has no effect. You don't have to inform anyone.
