I have sponsored my wife under family class. When I applied for her sponsorship I was living in Montreal and my wife also mentioned Montreal as city of destination. I got approval from CIC on 23rd Feb, 2016 that I am eligible to sponsor my wife and they sent my wife application to London for further processing. Later, I have applied for her CSQ as well and received her CSQ after two weeks. In September, I moved to Windsor with my family because I got admission in University of Windsor in Masters Program. And I also updated my permanent and mailing address online on my CIC account and they updated that after one week.
Now my wife received a request from Canadian high commission London for her medical exam and a payment of Right of permanent resident fee.
So my question is "If my wife gets an immigrant visa so is that necessary for to her to land in Montreal, Quebec? Because Now I have moved to Windsor, Ontario but in her application she mentioned Montreal as a city of destination. If she lands in Toronto, Ontario so would that be a problem for her????"

just inform cic. The only difference between quebec and the rest of canada is about who evaluate the financial capacity of the sponsor. Maybe cic will ask some financial or income tax document from you that it's. And keep the CSQ, can be useful if you move back to quebec.
