Changing program

Hello everyone, I am currently an international student at Seneca and I changed my program this Semester.
I want to know if I have to change the program on my study permit as it only mentions my old program. After googling it how to do this, I went to my account on the Canadian government website, but it only allows me to change the college I go to, not the program I take.

Can anyone help me with this?
