changing program after 1st semester

Hello ppl
I got admission from Centennial college may intake 2014.
I heard that its a below average college but i dont have any other options for may intake.
my doubt is if i go centennial for the first semester and wish to cancel that course and change to another program in another province, will there be any problem?

Like i want to go medicine hat college which has programs starting in may. so i simply go centennial for first semester n then cancel n then join medicine hat college.

Kindly let me know about ur opinions and suggestions
