Changing of Jobs After SINP

Hi Guys

I have a question about changing of jobs after having nomination from SINP. I know my work permit will expire before even getting the nomination so I want to know if I can't keep my old job, can I find a new job and ask my new employer to apply for approval letter and submit with ROE from old job? And how can I renew my status as a worker with new employer? And how long will it take to get new nomination certificate after submitting new approval letter?

What kind of work permit is it?

If it's an open WP, you can work for other employers. If it's closed and your employer is printed on the WP, you have to apply for a new one.

If you already have nomination based on the old employer's job approval letter, you have to reapply for a new job approval and PNP. SINP with job offer stream is tied to your job. Once you leave your job, your nomination and PR application is invalidated.

its a Post Graduate Work Permit, so its a open work permit. I got my SINP based on the job approval my employer got. So do I need to reapply for SINP again or I can just submit my new SINP approval letter and ROE from old employer?

I would think reapply SINP but I am not 100% positive
