Changing NOC from 2133 to 2241

I’m an electronic engineer with work experience of almost 8 years. My CRS score is really low 358 and since no province is inviting noc 2133 so I’m thinking of changing my noc from 2133 to 2241?? Would it be a problem since all my work experience is as an electronic engineer and 2241 is for electronic technologist???
