Changing my residence location after ITA or AOR

Hi. I received ITA on June 13th. Can I change my place of residence now before submitting profile?

How about changing residence after AOR? Wait until IP1? IP2?

you can change the residence at any point of time. if you have submitted your application, raise a CSE and inform CiC about it. if you havent submitted you will need to list this address in your personal history. also keep in mind, PCC if relocating countries.

If I started a position in June 2017, received ITA on June 2018 and submitted my profile on August 2018, is that position considered 12 months work experience, or 14 months?

The experience years is a continuous process. It doesn't stop after ITA/AOR. The only criteria is that you should have the 12 month experience before you get your ITA, for your profile to be eligible.
