Hi,
I am currently working as an Agricultural Manager. I plan to apply for PR next year when i've worked here a year consecutively. I have previously been on salaried pay, but my employer would like to change me to hourly for the winter. I would still be working over 30 hours a week (easy!) I was just wondering if this would affect my application in any way?
Also what exactly do I need from my employer? As far as I can see it's just an official letter stating I worked here for a year, outlining my job responsibilities and salary rate? No time sheets, pay slips or further evidence needed?
I'm new to the process! Any advice appreciated. I cant enter the pool for a few more months but I have my CELPIP scores and educational documents.
Thanks
