Changing marriage status

Hi there,

I submitted my application for citizenship in May 2020 while I was engaged, and in August 2020 we got married. Do I have to update my marriage status? If so, how would I go about doing that?

Edit: I didn't change my last name, and my partner is already a Canadian citizen, but I applied on my own, not with a sponsor.
