I have a question. I have a PR card and I am in Alberta already since 3 years. I moved to Canada after marriage.I got divorce recently. I want to change my surname from my husband's name back to my father's name. As it was before marriage.
I want to know If I am changing my last name where should I start?
-PR Card
-Health Card
-SIN Card
-Foreign Passport
Which should be done first and what documents are needed for PR card name change should it be birth certificate or Divorce judgement???
Do anyone has similar experience and can guide me??
