Changing jobs after submitting application

Hi Guys! I have a question hopefully you can help me figure it out.

I have submitted my application under Canadian Experience (I'm on a 3 year open work permit). I have done medicals as well. E-CAS shows "We started processing your application".

Now, I work for company A and company B is offering me a job. I really want to take it, but I'm a bit confused how such change would affect my application. In the Confirmation Email (containing file number and other info) that I received from Canadian Immigration is says that you must notify us on any changes for your application, such as a job change.

So, if I take on the new job, would I have to do a lot of paper work?

Not required. But make sure, you accept the new job, with valid paper (Work Permit)

Do I still have to notify them ?
Does the letter say to notify them? If so, then why WOULDN'T you?

I don't have the letter so I don't know if it actually says that - in the past, they have only been concerned with changes in family (e.g. getting married, having a baby). But you do what the letter tells you to do, of course!

It will not delay the processing of your application.

The letter says this:

When should I contact CIC?
You must notify CIC of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application

So, the question is then, what is the best way to do it, and what kind of documents would I provide?

OK, the letter is the same as before - it says NOTHING about change of jobs, therefore you do not have to notify.
