Changing job within same employer after BCPNP PR submitted

I have been offered a promotion as a maintenance tech from packaging tech, But not sure whether this will throw out my application or not? Just wondering whether i should take it.

I came through BC pnp entry level semi skilled with an exemption for LMIA becuase i work in a food processing industry.

Any advice greatly appreciated!
