Hello friends,
I am in the express entry pool (CEC) with 460 points, which I don't have LMIA and a valid job offer. I am still waiting for the draw on this coming week. I have a few questions about the change in employment after I receive my ITA.
My questions:
Q1) After I get the Invitation to apply and I upload all my documents including the letter of employment which says that I have been currently employed there for 1 year and working 40 hours each week, would it be a problem if I quit that job after I receive ITA?
Q2) I am planning to accept the new job offer (same NOC) which could probably after a month of receiving the ITA, I am afraid of my current employer not willing to sign the most updated employment record which I have to put an end date. It seems like not mandatory to help me signing the employment record, even though I follow the contract to give them 4 week notices for early exit. (P.S: My contract ends in July 3rd, 2021)
Q3) Worst case scenario: If my employer decide not to sign the most updated employment record.
Can I only upload the current employment record (work date: June 2019-Present), instead of the most updated one? Will it be considered as misrepresentation?
However, I have meet all the requirement of CEC. Should I notify CIC about the change of employment letter?
I am very worried and confused. Please give me some advices or suggestion or share your experience.
Thanks in advance.
