Changing job while PR for PNP in process

I have applied for PR under PNP nominated by SINP. I wanted to know if I can change my job in the same employer in another branch for different profile. I got a good one which is near to my place. Will this impact my PR application or reject my PR application. I want to change it as it is going to take at least 6 months as I just did my medicals for PR. I got open work permit. I want to know if I can change my job profile in different branch but within the same city which is Saskatoon. Please advice me on this.

hello everyone, I have a question if I want to change my job while my PR is processing and in nomination certificate its say "YES" in the column of empoyment restriction, BUT I stay in the same province and will work in the same job with the same noc. Does it have any influence to my PR process? Thank you
