Changing job - Could it affect my PR CEC application?

So I graduated in mid April 2013, joined a company Klick Inc. as a Software Developer which comes under NOC A, I worked their for 3 months and then joined IBM as Software Developer, worked at IBM for 6 month and then went back to my previous company Klick Inc., now I'm currently working at Klick Inc.. In total I've worked almost 12 months now, have got reference letter from the managers at both the companies. But does this make my case weak in any way possible?

Do I need to put why I left IBM? Do they bother about this?

No, many people do contracts and jump from one position to another.

Make sure however that you do meet the required period of employment. If you had weeks of break time between jobs or even days they could add up and you'll fall short a little bit.

To avoid that situation wait a little bit longer (e.g. one more month) as a margin of safety.
