changing irish driving lisence

hey guys could someone please help me,does anybody know when a republic of Ireland driving licence can be changed straight over for a albertian driving licence without doing the driving test,it would be much appreciated it if someone could help me out.thank you

If your country is not on the list, you will have to take the test.
