Changing EE profile after OINP NOI ?

Hi, I received OINP NOI recently, Can I make change in my EE profile now ?
Change I want to make - In EE work history I have added my whole work experience in single row with current designation but 2 years back I was promoted and designation was different before that; Now I want to make it 2 rows (one for each designation). NOC code is same for both of them so I am assuming it won't be an issue ?

This has no effect on your CRS or eligibility for this particular draw. However just to be safe, explain this profile change and clarify job duty descriptions and designation dates for each row. In addition to what your employer provides, you can optionally make comments yourself by adding a page in your employment pdf, or, if the former is not feasible, add a page in your additional info section.
