Hi everyone.
I recently got approve to get my study permit from canada. The thing is i like to change my university and even i got new letter of acceptance from the new university. But now i heard i must apply for new study permit or i must study for 1 semeter and then change my university. Just want to know is there a way that i can come to canada and change my university before my first term?

No, you cannot change before first term. You must study at least one semester on your permit. If program doesn’t start until September then apply for a new study permit. The advice you were given is correct.
