Changing DLI From A Pathway Program To Another DLI

I am in a pathway program at a DLI known as International College of Manitoba (ICM). My pathway program name is UTP Stage 2 in Science (Equivalent to 1st year at University Of Manitoba). It is a pathway program to the 2nd year of University Of Manitoba.

Now, If I want to change DLI and move to another DLI like Seneca College, is it the general process of changing DLI ? Or there is a exception in the process of changing DLI if the student is in a pathway program ?

Please advice what to do. I am in trouble.
