When I created my EE profile I had a score of 465. ( claimed points for 3 years + work experience).
I received NOI from OINP and eventually nomination - my score changed to 1060. However one of the employers is a troublesome employer and provided a reference letter for OINP without roles and responsibilities. Employer refused to follow required format and sent this refusal via email. I attached this email to a LOE for my OINP profile - did not have any issues , no adr .
I will be receiving ITA soon and would like to remove this troublesome employer from my work history on my EE profile as I will not have a letter with roles and responsibilities. Removing them would take me below 3 years so my score drops by 10points to 1050. However I would still meet the minimum work experience of one year continuous in same NOC
Would IRCC care that my work history is now different or that my score (without the 600) is different from when I received NOI?
