I have applied for immigration in September 2005 from Saudi Arabia to London Office.
In April they asked to send updated documents and IELTS in 60 Days. I sent my documents on 30 June and IELTS registration for 30th August as that was the first available IELTS exam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which i seprately mentioned in Cover letter.
In 5 August, I checked my status on website and it was written was "The decision has been made and office will contact you concerning the decision" Till date they didn't contact me or send any letter or email.
I got my IELTS result on 13 September and I’ve sent them this result on 14 September and they received on 18 September 10 A.M.
This was the history of my immigration process, now I am planning to leave Saudi Arabia permanently and want to go back to my Country Pakistan. Till now I want to go on permanent bases.
Now my questions are
1) Do I have to inform CIC about this change?
2) My file will be transfer to Pakistan? Or will be remain in London?
3) Transfer of file will cause more delay in processing? Or will be process on time?
4) All the questions based on if they accept my IELTS result which they should as I have told them about IELTS registration before then I may consider myself still in queue? Shall I ask them through email? Or let them do their work?
5) I can do one more thing, I can go to Pakistan and after 3, 4 months I could come back to Saudi Arabia on new visa. So if I do like this, then I have to mention to CIC or not?? In this case my immigration will remain in London office (If they accept my IELTS)
I am making minimum 68 points in this way
Education = 20 ( I claimed 25 but might be they will not accept my Master's degree as its not registered with Govt. of Pakistan. So with my approved Bsc degree I am counting at least 20)
Experience = 21
Age = 10
Wife education = 4
Brother in Canada = 5
IELTS = 8 (Writing 6 + Listening 6 + Speaking 6 + Reading 5.5 = 2+2+2+2 = 8)
That makes 68 in Total and I have applied as Multimedia Developer and also one company had applied AEO for me and I hope it will be finalized in more 2 to 3 weeks max.
Please reply me which scenario is better for me I am little worried.
