Changing conditions on Study permit: OFF Campus Work Authorization

Hi
I have a condition on study permit which says I cant work off campus, I have re-checked everything and I meet all the requirements to work off campus as CIC's website. How do I apply to get off campus work authorization?

Its dli approved college and the course is approved also. I checked the link you shared and its asking to Mail the application along with original study permit. It doesnt have online process
